At the age of 18 my younger brother started interviewing mainstream hip hop acts on Youtube when they would visit Vancouver.
8 months into it, he decided to turn it into a proper brand with weekly video content. I was asked to help consult on this project.
Over the span of a couple months, I facilitated sessions to evaluate and re-invent brand + content strategy, developed a dynamic brand with motion graphics packages for 3 shows, templatized all design for easy use, and met a couple of my favorite rappers along the way while filming content for the channel.
Our first video on launch received 40K views and engagement from rappers + influencers in music. The brand is still growing.
